They don’t care about you as an individual, they want to pay the least possible for the most output possible. So much gossip, people not speaking the truth, allowing the CEO’s toxic mindset to set the tone for the rest of the leadership. Work here if you like being overworked, underpaid, under appreciated and help them make millions. Work here if you don’t mind losing your evenings or weekends because of the lack of staff. Work here if you don’t mind high turnover and a new manager every quarter. And lastly, work here if you don’t mind working for posers who don’t actually believe in DEI or sustainability whatsoever.
