Thank you for sharing your honest feedback. I'm sorry to hear about your experience with us, especially regarding how you felt about leadership and respect. It’s important to me, as the CEO, that every team member feels valued, and clearly, we didn’t meet that expectation for you.
I recognize that the last two years have been tough as we have adjusted to the “new normal” in healthcare staffing. Our teams stepped up to meet demands during COVID, and now we must recalibrate as the demand for staffing services has dropped dramatically.
