Great work life balance. LeaderStat is flexible if you have an appointment you can flex your time and leave early or come in a bit later. We are able to work hybrid. Great group of colleagues. That are supportive and easy to talk to. Happy Hours and team outings are sometimes planned. LeaderStat often shows appreciation for their employees. Managers are easy to talk to and address concerns. They often advocate for their team. Vision driven Leadership and supports employees input. Transparent communication during uncertain times along with clear expectations and structure. You can use your PTO when ever you need too. Relaxed environment. Due to market change LeaderStat has had to layoff a large number of staff. This makes employees have job insecurity. Employees that were laid off are bitter and speak bad about LeaderStat. In reality the layoffs are out of LeaderStats control. Eleanor does everything she can to keep the company moving forward.
