Pros
All of Management has done the job, so it's nice to hear their direct feedback. The customer's can be over the top, but that is normal for phone sales. I like that I get to work remotely and the company really cares about me as a person. I do my job and like the people I work with.
Cons
Market has gone up so the customers are a bit meaner.
