Pros

Growing company with a great culture. The CEO has everyones best interest in mind and has genuine concern in their wellbeing. His door is always open and he makes himself available to have meetings with everyone to ensure that employees are happy and moving in the right direction to reach their career goals. This product is catching fire and its a great time to get on board with a forward thinking company who rewards hard work and dedication. The benefits are great and 100% covered by the company. Pay is very competitive and the weekly delivery of snacks are a great perk.

Cons

As with any small company your able to blaze your own trail. My experience was that a lot of the training came from my own knowledge and background in similar roles, as opposed to a formal training program. I liked this, but could be viewed as a negative for some.

Pros

"Work Hard and Be Nice" is a sign that hangs in our office, which sums it up pretty well. We're a tight-knit group of fun coworkers and a passionate CEO. Everybody works hard, communicates well, and does what they can to improve individually and as a team. You have the ability to contribute to overall company growth in a meaningful way, identify projects to own and see through to fruition. Nobody is just a 'cog in the wheel' - there is a lot of interdepartmental collaboration and strategic discussions at every level. We have great clients and get to help them solve problems in creative ways. It's a company you can be proud to work for. The Bend community is also fantastic; there is a real sense of community and it's a beautiful, fun place to live.

Cons

Formal training is not part of the curriculum - to succeed, you need to be a self-starter and independent contributor. This can be a pro or a con, but works better for some personalities than others.
