Pros
LeadJen is the place for you if you are motivated by those things!I have been at LeadJen as a part time employee for close to 2 years. During this time I have been on a President's Club trip to Riviera Maya and earned a couple of "bonus" checks that were in addition to my salary and commission. There are fun competitions going on that can earn you smaller prizes as well. I enjoy the people I work with and an abundance of snacks are provided! My full time co-workers receive benefits and vacation time.
Cons
Some accounts can be more stressful or harder to set appointments. I have had a variety of accounts while employed at LeadJen. Some have been harder than others to manage. In those situations it can be stressful. However, the employees that keep a positive attitude and think outside the box usually succeeds even in those situations.
