Pros
You are allowed to do your own thing and expand within your role without fear. If you make a mistake and acknowledge it, you are immediately forgiven. Everyone is supportive and wonderful to work with. Everyone is more than willing to work their behinds off to make this work. I would like to point out that some of the negative reviews posted here are from people who could be put in heaven and would find a way to complain about the cloud level, cloud color, or that they don't have their angel wings yet. Honestly, there are some growing pains, however, none of them are being ignored or not being worked on to get fixed. Nowhere is going to be perfect. The question is are they trying to be as perfect as they can be or putting their heads in the sand? This place is working it's way up and facing all hard truths.
Cons
There is a minority of people that complain about issues they know nothing of. "Why am I not a director yet?" dude, you have been here 4 months.... really? I find that the minority of complainers wouldn't be happy anywhere and is a sign of their quirky personality and not of the environment they are in. Maybe we should set up some sessions regarding maturity in the workplace?
