Pros
The other reviews here on Glassdoor are from online users of the website, not from employees here in the office. MobileWorks, Inc., is a great place to work: high-growth, lots of opportunity and awesome perks. Unlimited paid time off, really fun and smart team of co-workers, quarterly vacations with the team, strong social mission, fully-paid health/dental/vision, weekly team lunch, and the startup is growing fast. Work-life balance is encouraged; flexible hours.
Cons
The usual start-up pitfalls apply. Lots of free food and team lunches / outings mean it's easy to put on weight. Fast-paced environment where things are changing fast.
