      Pros

      Some of the people are nice. Young organization so your role is very flexible.

      Cons

      This organization is totally dysfunctional. None of the systems have been thought through, and they change weekly. Management is manipulative, gaslights staff over real concerns, and actively engages in discrimination. The culture is incredibly toxic. While my comments may sound like those of a petty, scorned employee, I can assure you that they are not. This company has a great mission on paper but its execution is ineffective, counterproductive, and in some cases, harmful. Avoid like the plague.

      We are growing quickly, so it can be challenging to find top talent as positions open. Rapid growth presents opportunities for evolving structures and roles, and team members need to be adaptable and embrace change as processes evolve.
