Pros

Colleagues are great. Made a lot of new friends.

Cons

Managed by horrible toxic narcissists that only want to get their egos stroked. If you have the slightest difference in opinion you’ll be publicly shamed as mentioned by a previous reviewer, bullied, threatened, or kicked out under the guise of “resigning”. It’s akin to being in highschool. If you're not part of the clique youll be ostracized or bullied until you quit. If they do like you, you’ll be known as their minion snitching on your colleagues. There is extremely high turnover. People are always looking to leave and have left because of the management here. Dont bother to put in notice, you’ll be immediately cut off if you're not part of their clique.

Pros

- leadership are bought into the employees, products, culture - you are working with and for truly some of the most profound people in the Fintech world - high level of autonomy, great opportunities for impact - talent bar is exceptional - people are genuine + empathetic - fast paced (if you're into that) - start up culture, but PROFITABLE company...rare mix! - room for individual growth because you'll wear lots of hats - solid market comp + perks - casual feel and flexible schedule 100% best company I've ever worked for.

Cons

- you can expect some usual growing pains of a high growth start up e.g. moves very quickly, priorities can sometimes shift so you need to be adaptable, less structure in place (so you need to be a self starter) - the talent bar is high, so of course the bar for the work you do is high (this is not a con, just a truth!) - if you like structure, routine and very in depth training and guidance, this won't be your place
