      Pros

      They offered the best health insurance benefit, covered 100% employee, 90% dependents, a lot of good plans to choose from. This may not be true anymore in 2016.

      Cons

      Phone conferences with China in late PM PDT and sometimes lasted till midnight/early AM. People in China sent text, wechat, called anytime they felt like it, time zone differences didn't matter to them. Lack of leadership and no management

      No cons at all, it is a very large firm.

      Pros

      A regular company, not small.

      Cons

      Not complete system on data analyst. Too much work late. No food or snacks offered in office. The working place was too crowded for big data department. The chairs are bad for health. Few care for the employee, especially the technical employee.
