LeFleur is a great company to work for. The owner is a generous man who believes in putting God and family first. He believes in rewarding hard work through raises and bonuses when profits are up. Great pay and benefits.
The interaction with clients is rewarding because I cared about them. The corporate office and call center were great at helping with technical issues (corporate) and scheduling issues (call center).
Cons
The long hours as a driver. I lived in one county and had to drive an hour to an hour and a half to reach my first client two or three counties over.
The North Central Texas office was overwhelmed by the amount of runs to be completed each day while being understaffed with drivers to cover 8 counties.
