Decent Pay, some nice people who try to help you when they see your own boss won't help. Decent parking for staff.
Cons
While learning how their system functions, I sat in a meeting LeFiell had with Boeing. When the Boeing rep asked my boss who I was, he said, "Oh, he gets our coffee." I quit that same day.
