If you want to work in this sector, having Negresco in your CV is a big pro. Management of the restaurant is cool and helps in case of difficulties, the team is great.
Cons
High level customers doesn't always mean high level people. I wouldn't even suggest working in the cuisine, the pressure is high and not in a positive way. They do not share tips with extras.
