      - Executive Director is manipulative, plays mind games, micromanages, pretentious and power hungry. Employees are treated based on how much they stroke the ED's ego. If you stand up for what's right and go against her opinion, you are targeted and ostracized.

      Pros

      Amazing Company! Great Staff! Executive Director Leadership is second to None! Her Kindness, patience, and constant support creates an environment where people feel valued and motivated to do their best. The ED and all Head office alway take the time to listen and encourage growth.

      Due to it being before and after school program hours are limited.
