Good teamwork, very friendly colleague, can go out lunch everyday
Cons
Company promised a certain incentive to work till 9pm everyday for two months. But it never came. Boss wants to see you walk site, and say you are not performing cause he see you at office all the time. Selective reward system, where people close to bosses are given nice bonus and increment. Bonus ranged from 0.5 - 3 months, and split into 2 tranche.
