They have a lot of positions and opportunities available for talents that are looking for architecture and interior design positions.The job position here starts with design and connects with sales so there are a lot of aspects to the job which makes the salary structure way more competitive compared to the only design firms or furniture showrooms.There are a lot of customization offers to the clients, the designers get a hand of the technical details and make design more attractive and unique.Although the company is based in Turkey, the team communicates in English, and everyone brings an international value here. Each team is pretty friendly and they value teamwork .You really have an opportunity to be yourself and use your creative skills to create your own role. Also the job is great for Junior Interior Designers, who are looking to grow from the beginning.
Cons
USA and England branches are relatively new when you compare to Turkiye , Europe and South East Asia. Although they have a lot of opportunities to offer, there might be some initiatives to be taken in the positions individually. They expect honest feedback from all of the people who work here so they can grow the brand.
