Just design is not enough if you are not good in sales not for you.

As someone who has been working for Lazzoni over 6 years, I can say this is a great starter job for Interior designers and after few years of experience your income can grow by a lot. There is a sales part of the job can be intimidating in the beginning but it can push you go over the interior design limits and teaches you about customer relations and selling your own design. Salary/commission structure is pretty good compare to any furniture brands out there. Quite friendly work environment and it has always been like this. The job directly related to the factory as well which teaches interior designers of the roots of furniture makings, I would recommend Lazzoni for designers who would like to improve themselves more than design. Lazzoni as a company offers customization within the furniture which gives a good challenge and learning to interior designers who work there. Lazzoni provides overall pretty good opportunities for all workers especially if you work here for a long time.

There isn't much of cons but the job has a lot of different aspects from design to sale to custom furniture technicalities to communications, in the beginning it might be overwhelming but after a while it will be quite rewarding with the commission/bonus structure.
