Pros
The pay was okay, the employees you sometimes work with were also okay.
Cons
No work life balance, no ability to "disconnect." Management would tell you that they don't want you working 7 days a week, but that's a lie. You were to answer the phone at all hours of day and night, regardless. Customers have bad attitudes. They say, "If you're here, you're like family." as one of it's values.. but it's because its toxic.
