      -Plenty of Backing experience -Decent pay for new CDL holder -Laid back atmosphere overnight -Flexible time off with notice -FELON FRIENDLY

      Cons

      -Shifts could be better. 6pm-6am -Can be a bit unorganized -Some of the equipment is old and need to be replaced

      They will give you lots of overtime at their different sites and it’s overtime after 40hrs.

      Cons

      Manager sometimes micro manage drivers.
