Pros
Very flexible hours. Decent pay. You're not required to but have the ability to work up to 70 hours a week if you need the money.
Cons
very old and raggedy equipment. Equipment can be very bad and some of which I'm not sure can pass a DOT inspection. There is constantly vehicles breaking down. There can be favoritisms. If you're not part of the good old boys club you may not make it very long. Becoming a manager is the fastest way to be fired. There's not a lot of support from corporate. Takes three years to earn your second week of vacation time.
