      - I bonded really well with my coworkers over how awful it was to work there.

      Cons

      - The company is (terribly) run by the CEO's whims and ego. - No work-life balance. - Impossible work loads/demands. - No structures in place. - The pay is horrible. - The benefits package is awful.
