Most toxic workplace environment on Wall St - Anonymous employee Lazard Employee Review

Intense, unfriendly environment day to day. Unsupportive of time off of ANY kind. Neurotic senior management with unreasonable expectations -- armies of Miranda Priestlys. Multiple people had mental breakdowns/hospitalizations from exhaustion due to overworking, and management + HR still turned a blind eye. Bonuses are minuscule compared to other places on the street. It's just not worth it.
