The product per se, it's absolutely top quality, second to none. You want the best, look no further.
Cons
Management is comically bad, crooked. Profligacy runs rampant, cronyism, psychological harassment bordering on abuse, sexual harassment disguised as jokes. Due process is frowned upon, you're expected to lie about everything. The client is lied to, disrespected. Deals are made under the table on a regular basis with no documents to back them up, you either turn a blind eye or you're walking out the door. Management has a total and complete contempt for the people working there, management has zero respect for anyone or anything about the business. Work here if you want your career to die. I've been told "We want no one from Layher."
