Good relationship between colleagues, with a casual and positive attitude prevailing across the company; Management (C level and department heads) are very approachable and this reflects on the company culture; Flat hierarchical structure; Company profits are shared (part of monthly compensation); Opportunity to learn and work with some of the best professionals in CyberSecurity in Portugal; Hybrid remote, varying from team to team (can be a con instead of a pro if you prefer full-remote, but there are also some full remote positions on some teams).
Cons
Cross-department collaboration/synergy could be better; Experience with direct management (that is, your team leader or department head) is known to differ between teams, i.e. your objectives, workload, work model (hybrid vs remote) and day-to-day interactions will often not be the same as mine; Base salary is relatively low, and liquid income can vary significantly per month based on company profits; HR department and office management can be disorganized, sometimes leading to negative experiences in office space, and somewhat inconsistent on-boarding of new colleagues; Due to flat hierarchy, there is little space for ambition to ascend, as there are little to no middle management positions - if you're looking for a fancy title, look at another company.
