Pros
Flexible working style (working at office or at home as needed). Great salary paid. The header office is in the center of Downtown Vancouver, very convenient for commute.
Cons
No much downsides at Layer 7. Probably we want it to enter into the real stock market. We wish we can get more bonus for non-commission employees.
