      Pros

      If you do you job you and take your work but not yourself to seriously then you will fit in fine, I very much enjoyed my Time at Layer 3

      Cons

      The only real con was location for me, Lived in Alpharetta and with no Traffic it was only 20 minutes away, but it normally took me 45-1hr to get to work, but thats any wear in ATL.

      Pros

      employees have each others back sense of community among employees

      Cons

      leadership was narcissistic and really created a very toxic work environment. at the time of employment I didn't notice, but since leaving and working for other companies I see so many alarming issues with the leaders at layer 3 communications
