      Employment. Period. Claim they have never fired/laid off an employee... Use employment agency for new hires to avoid Layco header on termination notice. See Cons below.

      Cons

      Insulting compensation with no room for advancement, lateral move if any change. Nepotism by definition. Revolving door regarding turnover. Chaotic environment, disgruntled workforce.
