      Good for freshers but think twice before go with layam if you are lucky and got a perfect department then you will learn a lot

      Cons

      Automobile OEM's like Renault Nissan, Fiat Chrsler won't recruit Layam Flexi Employees in recent times. So don't join Ashok leyland through layam flexi and spoil your career low salary structure.

      They will make you work and eat 50% of your salary. Increment it’s vey less. 6 days working. No perks and holidays
