Deadlines are too unrealistic. -Only alternate Saturdays are holidays. Employees are mostly made to do overtime and in some cases also called on holidays. -No regard for talent, skills or innovation. Less liberty of doing things your own way (using our experience) and rules are imposed which will only degrade quality. -Projects go on for months owing to poor management as mentioned earlier.
