Pros
Many of the paralegals are very skilled and committed to doing the best for their clients.
Cons
However, this work is not sustainable (hence the high turnover) because management/supervisors don't provide enough support. Training was essentially non-existent. I was thrown straight into the deep end, given responsibility for a caseload of extremely complex and vulnerable clients.
