In the middle - Mechanical Engineering Technician Lawrence Berkeley Lab Employee Review

-Management -Responsibilities added but no raises/ title changes -Somewhat stagnant Overall I did not have a bad experience working there and enjoyed many great minds and got to do many things I normally would not be able to experience at most jobs. However I did always feel like I had to watch my back and that I had to walk on eggshells many a time. I also felt like regardless of how much work I put in or how much I exceeded expectations, I felt like if I made any sort of small mistake or misstep I would get in quite a bit of deep water. Other than this feeling though, it was a great place to work with some very good people.
