Lawpath offers flexibility for parents and wfh arrangements but it is limited and not up for negotiation , despite them stating otherwise.
Cons
A starter would be that the majority of reviews on here were requested by the CEO to boost lawpath ratings and attract better candidates, so don’t be fooled. Lawpath is fast growing but unsure of where their priorities lie as all decisions (including those affecting the livelihoods of others) seem erratic and careless. New hires are let go left and right, and long-standing staff often leave out of frustrations with the leadership team. The only way to guarantee a successful career with lawpath is nepotism. If you’re not connected within the senior leadership team, you are replaceable and they will ensure you feel as such. Don’t let the buzz words and nonsense about culture blind you, it is a very highschool culture with cliques and endless nasty gossip.
