High office politics - Legal Associate Law Veritas Employee Review

The firm is an LLP and they hire for a non litigation document reviewing and legal scrutiny work. There is no freedom as long as you are in the office. There is a team in the office who are working from many years they are not at all professionals it simply feels like some local market shop. If any new joinee joins they try to supress and doesn't teach anything but extract the work from the employee later remove the employee without any intimation after their work load is done for the salary they offer and work given is hectic. The TEAM HEAD is the big boon and Bane for the firm there are many people who left the firm without even 10 days. Please don't join if u don't want to spoil your life
