      Pros

      -Good salary -Fully remote -Company structure is pretty flat and having initiatives is encouraged. You can definitely improve things if you want to -You learn a lot about selling to cold traffic -Friendly people -Fun teambuilding

      Cons

      -Lack of work/life balance. A lot of work, and not enough people for it. Some managers also push too hard.
