Pros

You will likely be put into a team of friendly people, who will help you to learn the systems and encourage you to develop your skills. If you want to take on more responsibilities there is often opportunity to do so. Staff regularly meet up after work, and the company puts on meals and events every so often, so lots of opportunities to get to know collegues and other parts of the business. Lots of choice regarding work life balance, some people choose to put everything into their work, and are usually rewarded, but equally the company respects people who want to leave work to office hours. There is a good hybrid working model, and the company has demonstrated flexibility when people have needed to work remotely for longer periods or needed to take leave at short notice.

Cons

Sometimes communication from senior management could be better, many staff are left unaware of significant business developments until the last minute, and most staff only have vague ideas about what the company's future development plans are.

Pros

I honestly can’t think of any.

Cons

Toxic work culture and extremely rude management. They are literally bullies who will shout at you in front of your colleagues!

Pros

Had a pretty good experience working at Laven Partners. At the time of my employment the company was relatively small so the communication with everyone was very good, the CEO is very accessible and always available for questions, he is very keen on teaching you as much as possible and that was very good. Definitely learned a lot. Had exposure to various departments which helped me get a good understanding of Laven core products but also client types and specs. I learned a lot about the industry. Good colleagues, CEO/Managers are picky and demanding but that's all for good - makes you excel in what you do.

Cons

A lot of work - its great to be busy and learn a lot but sometime it was a bit too much especially if you have to also manage quite some operational matters (not client related) long hours. As a fast growing company, multitasking is the norm and they are very cautious on costs which can be frustrating.
