      Pros

      Managers are friendly and communicative, everyone is flexible as long as the work gets done. Everyone is very supportive about future opportunities and growth.

      Cons

      There haven't been opportunities or the time as a designer to work with the clients directly—I would have liked to collaborate with clients and help them set up quality branding style guides and systems, and communicate the importance of having good visual assets.

      Pros

      Lava Surf has a relaxed yet motivating work environment. The team is close-knit and works well together. The supervisors and managers genuinely care about your career growth and it has been a very beneficial experience as I start my career path.

      Cons

      At the moment we are a little crowded in terms of space, but that is likely to change in the future.
