Pros

Lava Networks provides a great atmosphere for growth within the sales organization. There isn't a limit to how much you can earn by working here as a Sales Agent and/or Sales Manager. Even if you aren't in sales, employees are incentivized on a weekly basis which creates a hard working and equally fun, work environment to be a part of.

Cons

You will have to work hard since this is a sales organization that does most, if not all, business door to door. As a Sales Agent/Manager, you will need to be resilient and handle rejections well.

Pros

Our job is to help local small businesses to expand their business and run their processing more efficiently. We offer customized business gift cards that increase revenue by 10-15%. We do advertising and coupons on the reciept (ex. Come back in a month and receive 5% off). We help people grow, they help us grow! FUN!

Cons

We have strict timelines and will not be able to revisit a potential client if we don't get a form of commitment from them.

Pros

Ownership with a proven track record in the industry provides a great atmosphere to work. As a Sales Rep, the opportunity to make a substantial income is definitely there and the supportive staff from Execs down the line all work together with one goal....sales!

Cons

Sales of any kind can be challenging, especially in a market like Los Angeles. With that said and understanding the inherent challenges of being in sales, the worst part of this job is not selling enough and feeling the pressure of not doing my part to support a great company.
