      Pros

      -Everyone is extremely friendly -The kitchen is stocked with soda, beer and wine -Young, fun environment -Gym access for $25/year -Immediate involvement with big-name clients, which, in bigger companies, might not happen for a few years -Lots of hands-on training instead of sitting through long, boring new hire sessions

      -As of now, no real downsides

      Pros

      The employee first philosophy. If you invest in the company, they will invest in you. Additionally, it was recognized as one of the Best Places to Work in Illinois (4th in 2007, 7th in 2008). Work/Life balance is important and recognized. Just this year they started an Infants at Work program where new parents can bring an infant in upon their return to work until the infant is 6 months old.

      Cons

      As a smaller company they tent to lag the market in compensation.
