The team are a group of kind and professional people who work incredibly hard for the love of the cause, in spite of a very hard leader.
Cons
The leadership is the major flaw. It could be the most incredible place to work but the values of the CEO are not conducive to a productive working environment. CEO's approach does not reflect the core ethics of the organisation.
