Used to be short staffed at times, wasn’t a fan of the former dining room manager

Working with the elderly is rewarding but draining on your mental health. Especially with the management they have

Management is horrible in memory care, right leaning management who talks about politics at work and allows transphobia. They just want money but wont give you any benefits or bonuses. Way below living wage pay. Not worth it.
