Pros
It is a pretty place and most of the residents are very warm and caring individuals. (Though a sense of loyalty to the residents is the #1 reason unhappy employees do not leave - or postpone leaving.)
Cons
Backward company - runs like a small dysfunctional mom & pop operation with no understanding of current technology and industry trends. Unable to compete with more savvy companies and poor management have resulted in high turnover rate. It is not an employee friendly environment, employees and their ideas are not considered or valued. Expectations of employees is high, though many employees are not provided with the necessary tools to do their jobs.
