      Pros

      Some good people but brainwashed.

      Cons

      Most employees are brainwashed around the CEO’s narrative. Little to no equity. Run like a frat. Only founders (4 left, who’s next) have meaningful equity. Everyone else is brainwashed that this will be good for your career. And someday you can start a company too. Til then work incredible hard and make us rich.

      Cons

      No cons. But you need to be the right fit: - Manage your time well because everything is on fire. - Be okay working with uncertainty and ambiguity. "Building the plane while you are trying to fly it."
