You will get exposure to a variety of projects and experience to be expressive and own the job the way you want to do it. The environment is relaxed and not as formal as a normal work environment which makes it easy to be creative and talk about ideas.
Cons
Needs to be more collaborative on platform decision making. Everyone has a unique perspective. Needs more group workshops which incorporates cross department teams who can bring a unique view on development plan.
