There is a level of being on the "in" crowd to receive rewards. They tell you they want experience coming in or when looking for promotions, but people with little to no experience are rewarded with roles and promotions. They speak of transparency, but there really isn't much of it. Culture and Values doesn't apply to everyone, then again, it's probably difficult to encompass. Having a lot of open roles isn't always a sign of growth.
