If you need something (mental health day, help with a small task or someone to help you with a client they literally bend over backwards to help you succeed. Door is always open a - You are made to feel VALUED.... they appreciate everything you do in your role, no matter how big or small your achievement is - MENTAL HEALTH/WELLBEING - SUPPORTIVE team & management: everyone makes mistakes but you will never be left feeling bad about yourself - its always a learning opportunity - LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT: we have a different training session every week - CULTURE - there isnt a single person in the whole of Aus that I dont get on with. They take the time to hire people who have similar values and its just a natural fit - CLIENTS: we work with some of the biggest names in the market and the relationships they have built over the years makes it so easy to build on your desk. - BENEFITS: they like to spend money on you. They see you as an investment and shower you with gifts (on top of amazing salary and commission structure). You are aware of what’s going on, no cloak & dagger stuff like other agencies. *Flat hierarchy - business leaders from Owner/CEO down are approachable and accessible. The best thing about working at launch if you are given all of the tools and tech needed to succeed. The brand presence is amazing and the company is well respected.
