Pros

flexible work schedule and environment employees have the power to build ideas independently and improve processes many opportunities for collaboration across teams

Cons

unequal distribution of workload by team, vertical, or manager. I saw leads barely producing output while lower-level employees were swamped with several initiatives expectations for output increases while resources did not increase accordingly unreasonable KPIs were set and rarely reached ideas brought down from up above led to jumping through hoops and scrambling frequently for low impact initiatives not enough employee support: several levels of management and HR acknowledged workload and chain-of-command issues and nothing substantial was implemented to help hustle culture. I agree with another reviewer that this is strong here

Pros

Leadership! Specifically how the CEO and CTO show a clear ability to translate big-picture company goals into actionable priorities, ensuring investments directly drive revenue and growth. Focusing on what will scale and have long-term impact instead of chasing short-term wins.

Cons

Can't say anything bad honestly.
