Pros

I worked at Launch Potato for going on 5 years early on in my professional career. I developed from having no understanding of email marketing to being able to run multiple email newsletters. I left to pursue an entrepreneurial opportunity which they encouraged and supported me in. Launch Potato will push you. This is not a place where sitting back and being idle will reward you. If you find a vertical or aspect of the job that you want to pursue, they will work to give you the tools to do so to the best of their ability. During my last year at Launch Potato, I had to deal with a family member being diagnosed with cancer. From leadership to coworkers, I had an incredible support system that encouraged me to take the time off I needed to be there for my family and take care of my own wellbeing. If you have the chance to work here - take it. You'll work with some incredible people who have become lifelong friends and mentors of mine. The owners are go-getters, compassionate, analytical, and always thinking about the next steps for the business.

Cons

Like any business, there are challenges and tough times, that need to be navigated. I've seen the company at its best and then have to find their way through unexpected developments. They learn, they adapt, and they try to be better. If you're expecting perfection from everyone here, you won't get it.

Pros

Leadership! Specifically how the CEO and CTO show a clear ability to translate big-picture company goals into actionable priorities, ensuring investments directly drive revenue and growth. Focusing on what will scale and have long-term impact instead of chasing short-term wins.

Cons

Can't say anything bad honestly.
