Pros

Bonus structure can be lucrative if you hit well above goals. They only made us work a half day on Fridays.

Cons

They don't pay out team wide incentives in a timely fashion. I left Q4 2021. They still hadn't paid out an incentive from Q4 2020. Pay is considerably below median average for appointment setters. Management were legit convicted of and registered sex offenders, and another recently released from prison. While I was there over 2 years in total I saw 2 people get promoted. Also when I worked there they made us create positive reviews on websites to get more employees.

Pros

Launch Leads really took a chance on me, and in their interview process is such, that they really get to know you as an individual.

Cons

In the wake of the Coronavirus pandemic, it’s just unfortunate I’m unable to meet the new team.

Pros

I’ve worked at launch for over 6 months now. And I can say that this job really puts in the time and effort to make sure you are ready to work at the office but ALSO if you’re in a good headspace to work. Management cares for you, your team members care for you, and the client cares for you as well. As long as you are being a good employee you have nothing to worry about, as would any job. This work environment just takes it to a next step of self love which is why I came back after being suspended for my own issues. This company really cares for you, give it a chance if you want to see not only your work grow but to really see how you grow.

Cons

Downsides of launch: early hours. Literally the only downside I can think of.
