Pros

Tons of hands on training. I was nervous coming in without a lot of experience, but I love how there's training every day. I have gained a lot of self confidence and knowledge in customer service, sales and marketing. The culture is great. Everyone is super nice and helpful and we have lots of fun every day at work. There's no outside sales or door to door so that's good.

Cons

Health reimbursement doesn't kick in until after 90 days.

Pros

I only worked here for less than a month however this was by far one of the funnest places I had ever worked at. From just how nice everyone was and how much the people were so dedicated to my involvement and improvement, I highly recommend this place if you're looking for a fun workplace while also making money at the same time. This company recently opened up their office here in Tulsa less than a few months ago so idk how one review says they have been there for a whole year. I had some family emergencies so I wasn't able to stay but my trainer and the just the whole team in general were awesome at being able to train me and help me develop into a better person. This place taught me professionalism, patience, self growth, and even how to have more confidence in myself. There is alot of potential to make serious money here, especially with the way they advance and promote people.

Cons

The place is a little hard to find in the beginning and the place could use a little sprucing up, feels a little old in there. Benefits aren't offered until 90 days but kinda makes sense.

Pros

I can’t think of any pros working here. I did like interacting with customers face to face. So many cons to name any pros.

Cons

So many cons. They lie to customers to sign them up for TV service. They do high pressure sales. I think the owner knows nothin about leadership or running a business. It may not be his fault as he had poor mentorship coming from Dallas. They clawback Commission you earn meaning if you don’t earn Commission and then you do they will take this Commission out of your check. They pay $7.25 an hour. They lie to customers and are not honest. I think there is really no advancement opportunities here to mention. The training is bad as they have no leadership. I would recommend working for any company other than this one and learned a lot of what not to do in life while working for them.
